Who Are We?

Grantham Close is a group of Almshouses situated on a private road off the A275 in South Chailey which provide sheltered housing to people over the age of 50 with little capital and low income.

There are 35 flats, some double, some single.

We welcome you to apply for residency at Grantham Close.
